FSM: Fixed timer resetting on state transitions
If FSM_TIMER was called after FSM_TRANSITION, the timer was
not reset which was not correct.

FSM: Chnaged names of FSM state functions to contain FSM name
Since functions are not declared as static, this should allow
to have same states in multiple FSMs.
