Also, release target is simplified and made less error prone, by not
copying library files from worktree, but by using 'git archive'.

Having Makefile in build directory confuses CCS and it generates their

The version has been unknown when built from the repeased project,
because no git files are distributed in the package.

The version.h file is generated when making the release package and copied
to the cmdproc/include directory, the Makefile.version is removed as it is

pandoc version in Debian/Wheezy does not understand markdown_strict

Project settings changed for RM48L952ZWT

Endianity changed from BE to LE,
Runtime support library changed,
target configuration created.

Application should not be executed yet as this is just a preparation
for the following changes in the code. There definetly are errors
in the peripherals configurations.
