robomon: Fixed and enhanced map display
Enhancements:
- map is transparent
- map can be shown and than hidden again
- map is not declared as static variable in a method

robomon: Playground redefined for EB2009 and robot has correct dimensions and position
Other changes include:
- Playground view is scalable
- Scene units are not in pixesl (as before) but in milimeters

ortegen: Extended to allow more precise specification of ORTE variables
The roboorte library is not generated directly from .idl but from .ortegen file.
The syntax of this file is very simple. Every like contain specification of one
ORTE "variable". There must be defined at least its name (topic) and type (as
defined in .idl). Moreover, every variable can heave different deadlines,
persistances etc.
This change allows for two things:
1) Define more variables of a single type
2) Define temporal values differently for each variable.

It seems there is some problem with inline functions.
Also runtime display was commented out as it sometimes triggered without
any reason.
