Release version 0.6.0

This version breaks everything.

- Two main classes `BicycleCar` and `ParkingSlot` were redesigned and
  rewritten.

- Find entry included in the `ParkingSlot` class.

- Binary to precompute entry positions added.
BCar is a C++ library with some geometric bicycle car computations.
