[OSP] Too many attempts

Hi Github support,

we use github in our university course to teach students how to work
with opensource software. Today, many students created a new account and
now, some of them experience "Too many attempts" message on github title
page (without an account). All our computers appear from outside as
147.32.87.252. Can you do something against it?
