Delete fixed_reg_usb2_vbus;
Modify fixed_reg_usb1_vbus to fixed_reg_usb1_usb2_vbus;
Add consumer of fixed_reg_usb2_vbus into fixed_reg_usb1_usb2_vbus;
The change is to correct the configure of GPIO PPF1.
