Revert "arm64: tegra21: enable Android Composite Gadget"

This reverts commit 4791baae56adddc8a97fa25dc27e46aa83ebf90d.
The original commit caused the device mode to stop working.
Hence reverting the commit
boot.img size decreased by 91552 bytes.
