  14 prints the shared libraries required by each program or shared library
  15 specified on the command line.
  16 If a shared library name does not contain a '/',

  18 attempts to locate the library in the standard locations.

  21 on a shared library in the current directory, a "./" must be prepended
  22 to its name.
