   1 - reserve commit functions
   2 - use an internal thread as a bottom half for irq hooks
   3 - corrections in fna
   4        * CTU corrections
   5        * fna_vres_id_t will be frsh_vres_index_T
   6 - integrate with frsh_sa scheduling analysis module and spare capacity
   7 - oh, i forgot CAN priorities are assigned inversely!! map them!
   8 - when linking, hide symbols that are not needed externally (objcopy -G..)
