Attempt to compile ffmpeg binaries by OMK

To be able to debug them.

We can easily switch between FRSH and normal version of FFMPEG

ffmpeg compilation reworked

Now omkization is done on-line. I wanted to try different ffmpeg version
to test whether there are still the problems I'm experiencing.
Specifically, video in vlc often (but not olways) freezes, even without
FWP and when stream is transported over loopback, where is no packet loos.

Added desktop shortcuts for running FRESCOR FCB demo.

The desktop entries are prepared such way, that they start
binaries compiled in build/_compiled/bin subdirectory
of the demo repository. The temporary sdp or other
files are stored in $HOME/tmp directory.

The script qresmod-refresh should be copied into
/usr/local/bin directory and next line neeeds to be added
into /etc/sudoers to allow restart of AquosA kernel components.

Marked yet another stable state.

Most of the things works. The ORTE demo can be
run strictly one publisher or one publisher
per application. Long contract list fail on tail
space limit.

The FCB has to be central for now and its address is
is declaed in environment variable FCB_ADDR.

The streamer destination address has to be multicast
group -m 224.x.x.x to have smooth video.

The frm_gui needs update to discovery allocators
addresses.

FORB is configured to us TCP/UDP as default communication protocol

This is a temporary solution for the demo to show how it works in a
distributed environment.

TODO: Registered references must be distributed to remote nodes. This
will be accomplised by sending them with HELLO packets.

Updated Makefile.rules to support xxx_LDFLAGS

Demo components (FRB, FSRS_FRB, FWP) update to actual version.

The update fixes FCB operation for aqcputest with
spare capacity. The builds and works with FRESCORized FFmpeg
and streamer too.
