Reintroduce back delay slot for branching instruction

Linking behaviour is changed, stores PC + 4, and so returning
instruction still returns on offset 4.

Oh and add back "la" and "tuqula" :D, we cannot omit the instruction giving
the answer to the question of life and universe.
