Main FSM converted from C++ to C

This was done in order to measure timing characteristics of our code
with RapiTime tool.

To link with C++ libraries (trgen) it is only necessary to compile main()
with C++ compiler. Therefore I split main() function from main FSM
to a separate file main.cc.

remove some unused variable, less warnings.

Check all return values of ORTE initialization.

orte: fix all warnings (most of the fixes have been done with the perl
script, the rest have been done manually).

A simple script, used to remove warnings from ORTE source codes.

Add attribute warn_unused_result to robot's initialization functions. All
programs calling these functions should check the result and should not
continue processing unless the initialization terminated correctly
(result = 0).
