[PSR] Problem with connection from VxWorks

Yes, I’m quite sure we used correct IP address. We also tried couple of times with the same result. And I’ve heard that more people had the same problem.

Is your target IP address correct? This happens when the nobody answers
on the given port, which is also the case when you try to connect
somewhere else.
