Added support for CMETRIC generated header files into OMK build system.

The CMETRIC rules enables to extract C compiler dependent structure
fields offsets and other non trivially preprocessor accessible
informations to the defines in the generated header file.

The usage is to define list of exported header files

  cmetric_include_HEADERS = some_subsystem_offsets.h

  some_subsystem_offsets_CMETRIC_SOURCES = some_subsystem_prepared_symbols.c

The header file can be placed even into relative subdirectory
in the target include directories.

The main purpose of this feature is to provide clean way to
interface assembler files to C language defined objects
and to export defines and values for the library without
complex dependences on the library local/private header files.

Rewrite of serial communication.

Now it is possible to use more SCI channel simultaneously. There is
more or less machine independent SCI "driver" in
arch/h8300/generic/drivers and for each supported processor there is a
definition of channels available on given processor
arch/h8300/mach-XXXX/drivers. In application, programmer can use all
available serial ports by default or he can choose only some channels
for use in application and spare some memory. Also it is possible to
choose default SCI channel which is used by functions like
printf. This default port can be changed in runtime and/or it can be
selected as default for a particular board in system_def.h.

This is not correct solution, because code is called twice

The shadow registers definition moved to separate file bsp0common.c.

This file is included in all link variants and section is placed
to the same target address => application can modify even registers,
which values are set only by boot loader. The hwinit.c code should
