arm64: tegra: p2595: fix xusb portmap settings.

On Jetson, only SS port0 and SS port1 is enabled.
And SS port0 is mapped to usb port1, SS port1 is mapped
to usb port2. Keep superspeed of xusb port0 is disabled
since it need special rework and only enable highspeed
of xusb port0.
