arm64: tegra21: disable CONFIG_TEFEA_DP temporarily

arm64: tegra21: disable CONFIG_TEFEA_DP temporarily

There is a regression caused by commit 0c742bfbba26fc. It
cause kernel null pointer on fpga w/o panel when panel got initialized.
This commit can't be revert entirely for bringup so just disable
CONFIG_TEGRA_DP to workaround it. The null pointer issue
should be fixed later and this change should be reverted.
