Revert "security: tlk_driver: enable GCOV_PROFILE"

This reverts commit 6c245274af75495d01a7e06caa370c3585e43b6f.

Gcov profiling for tlk makes initializing the tlk logger break somehow,
and the system wouldn't boot.
