arm64: tegra: e2220: don't set PV1 and PV2 as gpio

PV1 and pV2 act as lcd_bl_en and lcd_rst and they can
be configured as gpio by panel drivers. There is no
need to configured them as gpio during boot which will
cause internal display does not work when seamless display
is enabled as they have been already configured in BL.
