Project settings changed for RM48L952ZWT

Endianity changed from BE to LE,
Runtime support library changed,
target configuration created.

Application should not be executed yet as this is just a preparation
for the following changes in the code. There definetly are errors
in the peripherals configurations.

This commit refs: #1024
