If the call to inet_addr fails, the value INADDR_NONE is returned, which usually is -1. Therefore the call to ntohl will return a large number (the return type is unsigned) instead of 0.

OCERA SF CVS tree of ORTE framework updated to
the actual Petr Smolik's tree state.

Fix for integration tracker problem ID=884665.

RTLINUX_DIR variable was used inconsistently (different meaning inside
rtlinux tree compared to the general meaning in the OCERA tree).

Solution adopted, to maintain compatibility toward external developers,
the particular rtlinux meaning of the variable has been isolated in the
rtlinux tree and, more important, has been adopted a different variable
RTL_DIR that has the same meaning both inside and outside the rtlinux
tree.

Update of ORTE. Configured to compile for Linux out of box.
RT-Linux compilation is usable, but requires addition of enhanced RTL_UDP.
Initial RTAI support added.

Added prerelease of ORTE-0.2 (Real Time Publisher Subscriber communication protocol) developed by Petr Smolik.
