Updated SpinImages filtering by geometry consistency and grouping. Now algorithm correctly compare matches if they have the same point on scene or the same point on model.

fixed incorrect handling of single-row vectors in cvPreparePredictData that causes bugs in CvSVM::predict and probably other ::predict methods (thanks to Rainer Leinhart for the bug report); added the optional flag returnDFVal in CvSVM (for 2-class problems only).
