Rebase the downstream (3.18) patches on thermal.c and of-thermal.c to the kernel 4.4. Provide a merge commit that includes patches
* needed for the bpmp thermal framework to report temperatures.
* needed for pid thermal governor to register and perform cooling.
* from upstream that fix some NV bugs.

Changes in bpmp thermal framework for reporting temps are reviewed on: http://git-master/r/#/c/1135229/.

Merge remote-tracking branch 'linux-4.4/dev/k4-4-therm-rebase' into HEAD.
