arm64: configs: Enable EDP to LVDS config

Enable config TEGRA_EDP2LVDS_PS8625 to enable
EDP to lvds bridge. PS8625 is i2c slave chip
which has EDP to LVDS support. For L4T, the
display head will be treated as EDP, this chip
takes care of converting edp to lvds signals.

boot.img size is increased by 256 bytes
