arm: dts: update pinmux dtsi for Greenn Arrow

Update the pinmux.dtsi with the following configuration

1)Green_Arrow: PWR_I2C, GEN1_I2C, CAM_I2C set as bidirectional because
  they are running at 1.8V.
2)Green_Arrow: PWR_I2C, GEN1_I2C, CAM_I2C set as bidirectional because
  they are running at 1.8V.
3)GPIO_PU0, GPIO_PU1 set at Input GPIOs to read the board id.
