Added frescor network protocol ids

frsh_configuration_parameters.h is now generated OMK

This allows to have different configurations for different platforms (in
config.target) without modification of sources. Moreover, every developer can
modify default values (see config.omk-default) in his own config.omk.

The list of FRSH configuration parameters is automatically generated from the
original frsh_configuration_parameters.h.

Internally, the contract labels continue to be of the type
frsh_contract_label_t

Also changed the name of the constant CONTRACT_LABEL_MAXLENGTH
to add the FRSH_ prefix

Also deleted the contrat label group parameter in the mode change
operation, because contract labels were already included as part of the
contracts themselves
