ARM: tegra: loki: Enable Tboard temp auto-shutdown

This change enables Tboard temperature based auto
shutdown. The system is setup to shutdown if the
Tboard temperature is above 105C. Lower adc values
correspond to higher Tboard temperatures. Adc value
of 765 corresponds to Tboard temp of 105C. In max
perf mode at 15W while fast charging, Tboard temp
can reach upto ~100C, so need a few degrees of
margin to protect against false shutdown events.
