ARM: tegra: tn8: update p1761 INA power monitor configuration

This patch updates p1761 power monitors configuration as follows:
 * Update rail names and resistor values for boards from A02 revision
   onwards.
 * Set critical and warning alarm limit values for battery over current
   protection (9A and 8A, respectively)
 * Configure power monitor for 140us conversion time with 512 sample
   averages
