arm: tegra: vcm30t124: Enable LVDS and FPDLINK

vcm30t124 supports all vcm30 based machines. The vcm30t124 defconfig should
therefore include all drivers needed by any of these boards.

This patch enables LVDS and HDMI2FPDLINK as these are needed for p2360
