[[!meta title="Turcaj Patrik"]] **Project name and homepage:** [Hoodie](Hood.ie) Assignment ====== My choice for contributing to an open source project is add Hoodie to the PouchDB. My first attempt was to contribute to Google Guava project, because I really liked the idea that I could be contributor to the project owned by such company as Google, also I find it really challenging. I tried to contact them right at the page of the issue that I found on GitHub. After a week without a response I started to looking after another issue in Guava project, but then I found discussion that Google rarely accepts Pull Requests from "people from the outside". So I started to look for other project, but this time I focused on fact, that my primary goal is to find the project in which my PR will be accepted most likely. Then I found Hoodie project, I started communicating with them and it was great, they responded like immediately. I have chosen issue where my task was to add informations about the Hoodie project to the PouchDB. It means that I have to also communicate with the PouchDB owners/contributors, clone their project and run it locally and add info about Hoodie to their DB. * [GitHub](https://github.com/hoodiehq) * [Hoodie](Hood.ie) ====== Links showing process and result of my work. * [comunication with plugin author part1](comunication_with_plugin_author_part1.png) Presentation ========== * [Presentation of the aim of my work](presentationHoodie.pdf) * [[Presentation of the results of my work|] OpenHub ======= Here, I'll fill in the HTML code of the [OpenHub widget][w] showing my KudoRank.
